Summary: iofkts-legacy-881 is wrong?
Initial Comment:
The reason given for this test says it should fail
because the output string is full.
However, the CLHS says that:
If string is supplied, element-type is ignored, and
the output is incrementally appended to string as if by
use of vector-push-extend.
So I think this should NOT fail.
