Summary: SECTION14-LEGACY-1604 is wrong?
Initial Comment:
CMUCL returns the answer ("B" C B 4 1 1) instead of
just (C B 4 1 1).
CMUCL coalesced the two "B" strings into one, so its
answer is correct, I think.
To get the desired answer, I think the strings need to
be generated in some other way.
