Log Message:
 - Changes to logical pathname translations to support Lispworks
   and AllegroCL. Tested okay with CMUCL and SBCL.

 - Added *clc-send-command-filename* and make-clc-send-command-string

 - Modifications to support case-sensitive AllegroCL.
