Summary: Apparent obsolete LW function name
Initial Comment:
In net.lisp, the function comm:start-up-server-and-mp
is called. At least in the freebie ("personal")
edition, this function appears to have been renamed
comm:start-up-server.
To work around this, you can define the old name to be
equivalent to the new one, but you have to play around
with various global flags to avoid getting annoying
errors and warnings.
