Summary: Process-yield for Genera and LCL

Initial Comment:
The appropriate function ofr process-yield for these two 
implemetations are as follows:

Genera
   (scl:process-allow-schedule)

Lucid

   (lcl:process-allow-schedule)

We use Genera, MCL, Allegro, and Lispworks all the time 
and would like to start using some CLOCC's features. I will 
send more bugs and fixes as I find them.

I can be a developer if that would help. I have 24 years of 
Lisp exprience.
