Screamer - A portable efficient implementation of nondeterministic
CommonLisp - by Jeffrey Mark Siskind & David Allen McAllester has been
more or less abandoned.

It does not compile cleanly in an ANSI CL (although I expect that to be
easily remedied).

I now have permission from Jeffrey Mark Siskind to put it into CLOCC
(I think clocc/src/screamer/ should be good enough).

Any objections?
