Mr Goldfarb, I am the author and the copyright holder of the file CLOCC/CLLIB/xml.lisp and I am writing to you in reply to your request for my permission to distribute the code with "The XML Handbook". I hereby grant grant Prentice Hall non-exclusive worldwide distribution rights to the code. Please note that this file alone is not sufficient. You will need some other files in the same directory as well as some files in the CLOCC/PORT package. The easiest way to make sure that you did indeed include all the necessary files is to include all files from the archive <http://www.podval.org/~sds/data/cllib.zip>. Thanks.
