Oops, (setf foo) function names cannot be used as first argument of a
function call form in ANSI CL. I.e. not all "function name"s are
"function designators". Why did the X13J13 guys vote against part 7 of
http://www.lisp.org/HyperSpec/Issues/iss174-writeup.html ???
