clue update for cmu19

Hi,

I *think* I got ClueClio running on CMU19 -- it at least compiles now. 
Mostly it was a matter of #+ and #-.  I still don't get the logical 
pathname stuff, so there are a few hardcoded paths I put in for my 
system.  Of course, these need replacing and documenting as to how to 
use them correctly.
 

Are you interested in getting my sources?  Using diff -r, you can
see/fix what I've done, so maybe other newbies like me can get some
use from the result.
 

Just let me know who to mail the tar-zip to.
