Sorry about the empty message (which actually included some parts of Stefan's e-mail, so my special apologies to Stefan!) It appears that 2 elements of CLOCC web site are now broken and are no longer supported by SF: 1. checked-out CVS repository. 2. cvs snapshot. I think that the checked-out CVS repository is a waste of space because SF already offers that via viewCVS. I think cvs snapshots are valuable because most package maintainers (including myself) neglect to offer regular releases. Therefore I propose to ask Stefan to arrange for a snapshot service with the SF maintainers (it appears that this requires their direct involvement). PS. I offer PORT and CLLIB snapshots - I wonder if it is possible to move them to the file release system too... -- Sam Steingold (http://www.podval.org/~sds) running w2k <http://www.honestreporting.com> <http://www.openvotingconsortium.org/> <http://www.iris.org.il> <http://www.memri.org/> This message is rot13 encrypted (twice!); reading it violates DMCA. ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is sponsored by: Discover Easy Linux Migration Strategies from IBM.
