ASDF-Literate

I just wanted to thank everyone on this list who gave help and advice
on the details of ASDF extensions - it's still rough but we now have a
functioning tool for literate programming in Lisp using asdf :-).  It
looks like it will really make things much smoother for us - literate
source code files can now be handled in Lisp almost exactly the way
normal lisp source files would be handled :-).  No extra user steps, no
hand-latexing, no complex makefile logic to get all the jobs done -
just write a specific type of defsystem and (asdf:operate
'asdf:build-op :system)!
