clocc/src/tools/ansi-test/clos.lisp in cvs contains the following test:

:clos-reinit-instance-x-30
(y-val (reinitialize-instance a :x 30))

This is flagged with:
ERROR!! duplicate BUGID=:CLOS-REINIT-INSTANCE-X-30
At an uneducated glance I guess the test should be named
...Y-30, not ...X-30.
