Reg: Installation of CLOCC in linux

Hi,
    I have deleted all the *.fasl files as you told. Now I have tried to
install CLOCC in linux. Actually, you have told to recompile once
again. But, I thought recompiling and installing are one and the same.
so, I tried to install CLOCC as given in the install file. but when I
am executing the step (mk:oos "cclib" :compile), It is giving error
saying "COMMON-LISP is not the name of a package, (condition-type
package-error)".

    can you please help me out in solving this problem.
