I looked around a little and I think this is the "true" definition of
the common block dls001

      COMMON /DLS001/ CONIT, CRATE, EL(13), ELCO(13,12),
     1   HOLD, RMAX, TESCO(3,12),
     2   CCMAX, EL0, H, HMIN, HMXI, HU, RC, TN, UROUND,
     3   IOWND(6), IALTH, IPUP, LMAX, MEO, NQNYH, NSLP,

     4   LYH, LEWT, LACOR, LSAVF, LWM, LIWM, METH, MITER,
     5   MAXORD, MAXCOR, MSBP, MXNCF, N, NQ, NST, NFE, NJE, NQU

There are some places where it's defined

      COMMON /DLS001/ ROWNS(209),
     1   CCMAX, EL0, H, HMIN, HMXI, HU, RC, TN, UROUND,
     2   IOWND(6), IOWNS(6),
     3   ICF, IERPJ, IERSL, JCUR, JSTART, KFLAG, L,
     4   LYH, LEWT, LACOR, LSAVF, LWM, LIWM, METH, MITER,
     5   MAXORD, MAXCOR, MSBP, MXNCF, N, NQ, NST, NFE, NJE, NQU

and I think if you replace rowns(209) here with

     CONIT, CRATE, EL(13), ELCO(13,12), HOLD, RMAX, TESCO(3,12)

you would get something that works.

There are also a few places where the block is given as

      COMMON /DLS001/ RLS(218), ILS(37)

You will have to replace that with the "true" one above, and modify
the code to do the right thing.

This looks reasonably straightforward to do, but rather tedious.
