Well, I'm not that excited by no. 2, but it would not be too much work
for me. Environmental variables don't really solve the problem since
they'd still require the end-user to have them set on Debian. However
for no. 1, I can include the /etc/clsql-library-paths.lisp in the
Debian packge so it is completely automatic.
