clsql-pg-introspect version 0.2 release

Hope KMR doesn't mind me putting out this minor notice on the devel
list.

I've made some changes to clsql-pg-introspect that makes things easier
for the user. Mostly just a convenience macro, but also adds the new
date type as well as updates the list of float types.
