Alter table

Hail,

I have created a patch to be able to execute alter table statements. I 
made it based on how create-table works, hope you can merge it.

The end of the file contains a simple test case which actually works for 
me with mysql database.

I also plan to do an update-view-from-class that will do what drop-view-
from-class and create-view-from-class would do without destroying the 
table.
