clsql-mysql problem on windows

Hi,

I'm trying to use clsql version 5.3.4 with the mysql backend on windows
but I'm having trouble with the clsql_mysql.dll library in "db-mysql".
The problem is that when I try to use the clsql connection, I get the
following error:

Signal: Can't resolve foreign symbol "clsql_mysql_field_flags".

I found this thread about this problem:

And it _seems_ that recompiling the library should resolve the issue. My
problem is that I don't have a development environment for C in my
Windows box and have no experience in setting up one. Is there a place
where I can downlad the correct "clsql_mysql.dll" file?
