I ran the test suites and fixed one, new, failing test. All other tests
that fail were failing with or without our local changes. The change
log should be up to date and contain a good summary of the changes. I
don't think anything there is a new feature, just some bug fixes.

As such, I think that CLSQL is ready for a release. Hopefully Kevin
will have time to run the release script before this weekend. (Thanks
Kevin!)

Cheers and please let me know if there is anything else I can do to
facilitate,
Russ Tyndall
