Can CLSQL be used in a commercial lisp app?

Hi,

I understand that CLSQL is LispLGPL licensed and as per my understanding,
if I use the CLSQL library in some lisp application that will be sold
commercially (specifics using LW), then I am 'using the library' which does
not make it a derived work and so it should be alright to use CLSQL in a
commercial lisp app.

Is this understanding correct?
