Re: Patch for the handling of symbols in clsql

Howdy CLSQL List,

I know it has been a while, but other priorities occurred and, with no 
futher feedback on this topic, it took me a while to revisit it.

I merged the proposed patches (and a test fix) into the master branch 
and have pushed to our github repo [1].  I will have Nathan Bird push it 
up to the primary b9 repo [2] soon in preparation for a clsql point 
release.

Thanks again for the feedback and community assistance that made 
resolving this issue possible.
