I am new to SQL and CLSQL.   I have installed clsql-20160208-git with 
sbcl-1.3.3-x86-64-linux using quicklisp.

I  ran (asdf:operate 'asdf:test-op 'clsql) with .clsql-test.config 
specifying an sqlite3 database:
