I'd be inclined to go for > asdf-install, with the following changes: There having been more positive (one email, one irc message) than negative (no) responses to this idea, I've gone ahead and done it. Unless some other SBCL hacker is so violently opposed to the idea that they remove it from CVS, you can get it in the CVS version of SBCL (anoncvs from tomorrow) or in SBCL 0.8.3, due at the end of this month. For the impatient: until sourceforge anoncvs catches up with reality, you can see the README file that comes with it at http://ww.telent.net/asdf-install.README > (Incidentally, IWBNI there were a CL interface to pgp/gpg that could > do general things like sign/encrypt/decrypt streams, verify > signatures and tell you who signed something, etc etc) I still believe this to be the case, if anyone is looking for a project. If it works internally by driving the command line gpg for the time being I don't care so much, but a nice interface would be a big start - -dan - -- http://www.cliki.net/ - Link farm for free CL-on-Unix resources -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.1 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE/NqBbHDK5ZnWQiRMRAiaoAJ9+dH8nGERQP+ZFMhExVQU5hADbegCfbI2X 91vY23FtRfzMkB4X2dMMbZw= =EInl -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
