There having been more positive (one email, one irc message) than
negative (no) responses to this idea, I've gone ahead and done it.
Unless some other SBCL hacker is so violently opposed to the idea that
they remove it from CVS, you can get it in the CVS version of SBCL
(anoncvs from tomorrow) or in SBCL 0.8.3, due at the end of this
month.

I still believe this to be the case, if anyone is looking for a project.
If it works internally by driving the command line gpg for the time
being I don't care so much, but a nice interface would be a big start
