The mailing list guidelines state that 

"Good topics might include:

    * A module API for a CL web server."

but then that "broad and fundamental standardization questions" are
offtopic.  So, I posted my mutterings about a standard (servlet-like)
API for web apps to lispweb instead, because it must be ontopic there.
That aside, there's a bunch of information about Araneida (the web
serber that runs CLiki) in my post, so if people are reading this who
are not also on that list and would like to know about Araneida,
