ANN: macho 0.3 released

I've just released macho 0.3.  New stuff in this release:

1. Uses templates instead of programmatic html.
2. Ships with all necessary library dependencies (thanks to Edi Weitz
and Dan Barlow for permission to do this).
3. Fixes several message parsing bugs.
4. Refines formatting.
