macho 0.4 released

A whole bunch of new stuff this time.

    * javascript-triggered message navigation hotkeys
    * per-archive custom stylesheets
    * short-circuit index load if there's no new work
    * added thread context view in message view
    * truncate repeated subject lines
    * build macho.core to speed up updates
    * add new delivery mode
    * reformat month indexes
    * miscellaneous bugfixes
