As you likely noticed, cl-rss is rather incomplete. I initially
envisioned cl-rss to be part of a CL web application providing an RSS
aggregiator. From that perspective, I'd like cl-rss to be tolerant of
badly form feeds: its goal was initially to gather information,
not to validate syntax.

I'd welcome patches to improve cl-rss.
