Wilbur's Nokia Open Source License was discussed on debian-legal. It
has a problem: if you modify the source, you lose all rights to use
any software patented code in the open-source Nokia product -- and
Nokia a very large number of software patents. So, the Nokia license
was rejected as being DSFG-free.
