Ah ok.  Ora Lassila, the developer of Wilbur, explained in his
presentation why the Nokia lawyers released this product, despite it
being open source, under the Nokia license (as opposed to GPL.)  I
don't remember the exact reason, but I do remember Lassila claimed
that they were reasonable.

Other than Wilbur, I don't think there are any other RDF parsers in
Common Lisp.
