submitting diffs (acl support)

Okay, i've figured out darcs and done the following

  darcs get http://verisons.telent.net/clx
  darcs pull http://verisons.telent.net/clx

which got me a copy of the repository and the 0.7.2 update submitted by
Daniel.

I've verified that my changes continue to work in this updated version,
and i've recorded the changes locall. How do I go about submitting diffs
for review? Is it just

   darcs send http://verisons.telent.net/clx

?
