The last snapshot of the year (gasp!) has been tagged. Binaries will
be uploaded soon.

Key changes for this snapshot:

o Type derivation for DECODE-FLOAT
o Use the C library sincos function for CIS, when available (linux,
  sparc). 
o Build for PPC on OSX 10.5
