Oops.  I knew I haven't updated the website for 21d, but didn't
realize it was that out-of-date.

I would somehow like to take advantage of some of gitlab's features to
make this more automatic, but haven't figured it out yet.

Cool.  The best place these days for info is cmucl's gitlab wiki which
I do keep up-to-date because it's easier than the website.
