Re: manual links broken

www.cons.org is a bit out of date.  We've switched over the website to use
gitlab pages and I guess cons.org (and www.cmucl.org) aren't quite up to
date.  Try common-lisp.net/project/cmucl for the current website.

Don't know about cons.org, but www.cmucl.org is supposed to be up-to-date,
but isn't currently because rsync of the webpages is apparently broken now
and no one has fixed it yet. (It was working).
