FTP on common-lisp.net is going away

FTP on common-lisp.net will be going away sometime.  This shouldn't be
a problem because you can access everything using

http://common-lisp.net/project/cmucl/downloads/

I hope this isn't a problem for anyone.  If it is, holler at the
common-lisp.net admins.  :-)

Eric has updated the web pages to point to this new URL instead of
ftp.   (Thanks, Eric.)  And the ftp directories are now empty, so be
sure to use the new URL.
