19d pre1 tagged, binaries coming soon.

Gentlepeople,

CMUCL 19d-pre1 has been tagged.  Look for the tag release-19d-pre1.
I'll put up some binaries soon.  Look for them in
release/19d/pre-release.  I've attached the release notes for 19d.  It
would be nice if the 19d release has double-double float support, but
that is not a requirement.

If you can please give these binaries a test.  They should be, for all
intents and purposes, identical to the 2006-10 snapshot, except the
fasl file version has changed from #x19c to #x19d.  Thus, you'll have
to recompile everything.

For builders, you need to use boot-19d to build.  A normal build will
work fine; no cross-compile needed.
