19d and 19d-patch-001

19d has been tagged and released.  Binaries will be in place soon at
<http://common-lisp.net/project/cmucl/downloads/release/19d>

Along with this release is also 19d-patch-001.  This patch adds
support for forward-referenced classes.  This is needed to build
recent versions of McCLIM.  This forthcoming patch will be available
at

<http://common-lisp.net/project/cmucl/downloads/release/19d/patches> 

and, like previous patches, is asdf-install'able.  It isn't necessary
to use asdf-install.  Asdf isn't needed either; you can just compile
and load up the individual patch files.

Perhaps Eric, if he's willing, can make the official 19d
announcements.
