CMUCL 19d patch 002 is now available.  This patch supercedes patch 001
and can be used either in conjuction with or in place of patch 001.

This patch includes some additional fixes for forward-referenced
classes.  With this patch, McCLIM CVS (as of a week or so ago) can
compile correctly.
