common-lisp.net vs clo.common-lisp.dev?

What's the difference between these two?  I found clo.common-lisp.dev by
accident and it seems to be basically the original c-l.net website that is
now woefully out-of-date.  The latest news is over 10 years old.

Maybe clo.common-lisp.dev should at least have a link to common-lisp.net
for the latest news?  Or something.
