Just did a `sudo gitlab-ctl reconfigure` and rebooted the host.

But, when I navigate to https://gitlab.common-lisp.net in my web browser and login, I don't see any prompts to accept the Terms of Service as outstanding....









I just temporarily turned off the requirement to accept T&S -  please see if that makes a difference (for you and/or Raymond).
