The FAQ and Trac and other stuff

Since there was a discussion about rsync and stuff, I looked at the 
Project Hosting <https://common-lisp.net/project-intro>, there’s a 
mention about Trac. I thought Trac was basically not available anymore 
except the instance is still running for old projects that had it. 
Mostly for historical reasons.

I am grateful that Trac is still running because I have had to look back 
on some old cmucl Trac tickets to understand some changes.

I also found the new page about CI for CL 
<https://common-lisp.net/faq/using-gitlab-ci-for-cl>. That looks pretty 
cool. I would certainly be interested to see the scripts. And the last 
sentence on that page is missing some links or something:
