Creating fork at gitlab.common-lisp.net

Hi there,

I have some patches to improve iterate's variable capture problem (issue
#26), but I cannot create a fork to work on a merge request. The error is
"Limit reached You cannot create projects in your personal namespace.
Contact your GitLab administrator.”
