Re: ViewVC (formerly ViewCVS) set up

As a small enhancement, I decided to filter the list for all projects
which actually *use* CVS by removing the cvsroot symlinks for all
projects which don't have a cvsroot directory, or a cvsroot directory
which contains no other entries than CVSROOT.
