Thanks!  I've changed the default for trac file ownership and changed
all existing projects.

BTW:  Even though I still remember some of the RCS commands, I don't
really like using it, so now there exists a .git directory alongside
the RCS and _darcs directories in /custom/bin.  No, this does not make
a lot of sense, but no, it is also not that bad.  Just saying.
