mailing lists: listinfo page

I think every project which has mailing list on common-lisp.net has on the project page a link
to http://common-lisp.net/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/{list-name}.

Today all these links form all project pages are broken.

For those who unaware about the listinfo page. It allowed, for project owner to:
- change list options
- see the mailing list subscribers
- maybe something else I don't remember

For users it allsows to:
- subscribe
- unsubscribe
- change subscriptions options (e.g. receive every email, receive a digest, do not receive emails; and other options).

Also this page linkns to the mailing list archives.

I think this functionality should be restored.
