Re: clo-devel archives not working, still says it's run by drewc

Hi Dave,

The site sarted out as common-lisp.org, so the project was named clo.
Then the .net part was deemed to make more sense, but the the project
name stuck.

The archives have been broken for quite a while (years, I think). Maybe
that should be the next item to tackle.
