More fare git repo details

I've dug a little more into the git repos I'm tracking from
common-lisp.net. It seems that only Fare's repos are affected.

Here's an diff of all Fare's repos and their current git commit id. The
"-" version is from checkouts I initially made some time ago (many
months) on my Quicklisp build computer. The "+" version is from
checkouts I made a few days ago.
