fyi: Win32 Shootout

Seems a shame that the only Common Lisp implementation
represented on the Win32 Language Shootout is PopLisp.

I considered trying provide Corman Lisp versions of the
existing implementations, but I don't know Lisp at all and
my heart isn't really in it.

I should warn anyone considering contributing code not to
expect much feedback from Aldo Calpini, the site
maintainer, nor to expect that their contribution will
appear real soon. It probably will appear eventually (well
some of my contributions have appeared, some haven't).
