Enhancements for Corman 2.0 for ANSI compatibility

I have a file I can send to anyone who is interested containing
enhancements to the Corman 2.0 implementation to make it more
conforming to ANSI Common Lisp.  Also included here is a patch
for the SUBLIS function and EQUAL (making it work on pathnames).

You might find some of this stuff quite useful while some of it is
just dummy functions, returning NIL.
