new patches for 2.01

Hi friends,
 
I have rolled all the updates I have for 2.01 into a zip file which you
can download and install easily. See the readme for instructions. I
recommend everybody get this update, as it includes a fix to the code
generator, faster array initialization, and some other nice things. This
is meant to be applied only to a 2.01 installation (if you are still on
2.0 you need to first install 2.01, which will write over your 2.0
installation unless you copy it somewhere).
