ANSI test suite errors discussion

Most of the errors that are being generated by the test suite are simply that, say, the ANSI spec says you have to signal a condition of type PROGRAM-ERROR in such and such a case, whereas Corman simply signals a condition of type ERROR. ------------------------ Yahoo!
